Final thanks – 1-on-1 course Leading from within

As a logistics manager, a dad, and a husband, I must admit that it was very challenging for me to find a balance between the private and the business part of life.

Having a supervisory team of 20 people directly under me that is dealing with an “on edge” dynamic market environment and a field staff of more than 100 men, as a team leader, I must keep myself and my team sharp, motivated, and problem solving oriented, with a constant “hands-on” character.

On the other hand, having a teenage daughter and a wife at home I also must maintain a good relationship with them and fulfill my personal role in their life adequately.

I must be honest that after following a very interactive course, “Leading from Within” provided by you – with the tools and strategies learned – I have found my personal basic principles again how to re-evaluate, recategorize i.e. reprioritize and manage, or else, tackle emotional as well as competence-based aspects in life.

This with the aim towards alignment of my mission and vision with the team and the measurements how to meet them.

It also made me aware that I have a lot of homework to do in my private life, for which very clear solutions are given/ advised by you in order to reach that desired balance.

All in all, I am now very confident that – with these tools given – I will achieve my goals business wise, and my role as a dad & husband.
